1. Massage: Add 5 drops of essential oil blend to 10ml of carrier oil
2. Bath: Add 4 - 6 drops of essential oil blend to warm bath

4. Plain Candle: Add 1 - 6 drops to base of candlewick before lighting. Do not put oil directly on wick
